Things may have changed in the last few weeks, but it sure looked like he had no plan all year.
I get the real sense Sitake doesn't know how to be the administrator and visionary a head coach has to be, and those are required to create a plan. Maybe he has developed those skills since the last game of the season. I doubt it though.
