If the bankruptcy laws allowed for student loan forgiveness, then why not be super aggressive with your education and get multiple advanced degrees and draw it out for decades? It's easy to show good faith effort by applying for jobs where you throw the interview. I don't see it as a good idea, especially since out bankruptcy laws are so lenient generally.
