palatable to BYU fans now than it woulda been 2 years ago. And I think it might be what we need. Our offiensr in its prime was a peculiar offense that teams weren't used to gameplanning for. And it played into our strengths of smart disciplined players. Now we are thing to run the same offense that everybody is used to and we are just trying to out physical or athlete them and it's nots working, we can't do that.
We need a scheme that gives us an edge. At this point I think the option would work well at BYU.
Let's be an option team that consistently maintained the ball and puts up points on offense and let's us have a lights out defense (which wemvd proven we have been able to do multiple times over the last few years)
I also worry about firing Kalani would hurt our image with the Polynesian community (who we need to succeed) so hiring Ken hopefully would keep things good there.
