I always wanted Taysom to start too. I thought he was under-rated as a passer and brought way too many other skills to the table - particularly at a time when BYU didn't have an overly strong OL.
That aside - I'll stick with my initial assertion.
Many on CB were clamoring for Mangum to start over Hill due to Hill not being an elite passer at QB. So when you called him "talented", in light of that history, I found it humorous. That's all.
