I thought that was the case in 2005. On Byu's
first series on offense Curtis Brown dropped a wide open pass he would have scored on. He would have caught that pass 90% of the time. BYU couldn't do anything right the first half. Probably nerves or trying too hard. They came back strong the 2nd half, but lost in overtime.
They were obviously up for the game. Maybe Utah handles the pressure better for whatever reason.
