There's very little love for Koy on CB
But he's looked the best in the limited action I've seen him in compared to other QB's "not named Tanner." His physical limitations are well documented, but to me he's looked confident, made sharp, accurate throws, and seems to have the mental part of being a QB down. I would be perfectly fine with him being #2 to Tanner.
