it definitely didn't help him.
The fact that you think simply having the ball thrown down to him a bunch is what is best, says a lot. "Not enough?" You clearly don't know what Mika is talking about when he says he didn't like how he was used. It's not about how much he gets the ball. There's a bit more to basketball than that.
