Hayward has to balance, among many other things, the reality that he won't be an All-Star if he leaves for Boston. That was one of his personal goals as a player and he does want to continue to be an All-Star. However if he goes to the Celtics he could be lucky to get 10 FGA/game, maybe average 15 points if he's lucky with his good free-throw shooting. If his goal is to possibly win a championship or dethrone LeBron, then the Celtics honestly might be the best bet for him. If he stays in Utah and George Hill ends up staying, the Jazz could potentially add another good player and become a Western Conference Finals team with some good luck. It's just hard to get through the Spurs and the Warriors.
