Let his GPA, recommendations, work ethic, interviews, film review, etc. speak for him. It's not like teams need this to know if you're a dummy or not. All it does is negatively label the dumb ones. If I'm a guy who knows the teams know I'm smart, I'd be okay with boycotting in the interest of providing cover for others' doing so. Explaining concerns with the test, including discussion of the effects of various socio-economic factors and broader strengths and weaknesses of "intelligence" tests in general is probably more impressive than a silly one-number result of a 12-minute test.
