Not likely.
Ever since they jettisoned much of the Star Wars EU into Legends Status, Disney has been taking Star Wars Canon pretty seriously. Even in the few years they have owned the rights, they've already created a massive amount of content that plays off the canon of the prequels.
They'd almost have to reboot the whole thing at this point and that would be unwise.
