We are cooking ribeye tonight for the first time
with our new sous vide. If you don't mind me asking, how did you prepare the steaks? How long did you cook for at what temp?

Good thing it's winter and okay to eat meat again.

It would taste better if you fasted a full 24 hours.

Slap it on the grill when you are done if you want

I put it on the grill at the end to sear it.

I take it you've never eaten at any high end steakhouse.

They are great when finished over a very hot grill.
