I agree with a lot of what you said such as your big east examples. Although I disagree with people making multi million dollar long term decisions using bigotry to make them. Money is money and ultimately that will be the deciding factor mormon or not.

PS i've only lived in LV for a few years... my stops in my professional life have landed me in Seattle, Cincinnati, Dallas (home) and now LV. I only know a couple mormons at work here in LV and generally have not had enough interaction to make a mark in any meaningful way.
