That would still be a big exaggeration. You're not kicked out of school for being a minute past curfew. You're not kicked out for being fondled without permission. I don't think you get kicked out for being fondled with permission, either. That doesn't mean someone might not try to convince the other to keep quiet, but that's an issue everywhere, not unique to BYU. I don't think a BYU policy should discourage people from reporting, but I also don't think there should be a policy of complete immunity regardless of the level of violation if you claim rape. It's a tough situation, and there's not an easy answer.
