Behr at Home Depot is good. I prefer Sherwin Williams.

If I'm painting a similar/same color, I usually don't prime.

If you are painting over plaster, you need a primer or paint with primer.

Sherwin Williams bought out Kwal a couple years ago. I would not recommend
