worth nothing at all, as if you have some monopoly on determining the quality of ideas period. And what an asinine dismissal of one of the greatest story-tellings of the generation.
Next time, actually state your opinion that the HP series is uninteresting or whatever. "I don't like Harry Potter" or "I didn't think it was cool." No room for argument there. But to say "She never once had a cool idea" in the face of overwhelming evidence that she had a 15 billion dollar idea, is beyond ludicrous. And that doesn't even consider the concept of how stupid it is to say of another individual that (s)he never had a cool idea in his or her entire life. What, have you been reading her mind your entire life? Do you have the final say on what's cool and what's not? Seriously? What an embarrassingly immature thing for an adult to say. It wreaks like an elementary school insult.
No issue if someone doesn't like Harry Potter. Of course it's not for everyone. But to insist on disrespecting it is, again, ludicrous. Unless you've had some idea that can approach that level of success, how can you be even remotely qualified to unequivocally dismiss and disrespect it?
