I think that there's enough X factors in next year's roster we might surprise. I've been very disappointed with this year's leadership. KC's a great talent--but I sense that he & Fisch have not been the type of leaders that pull their team together. Hopefully we're seeing that fixed--but the last time it looked like we had it fixed (at that Zag's place) it unraveled in a real hurry. So I'm losing hope it'll get fixed by season's end.
