1985 BYU vs. UTEP revisited...
A reference was made below about the now infamous "cheating" that occured during the game.

I know this had something to do with UTEP coaches tapping our headsets and listening in on our playcalling...but what is still vague to me is:

1. How did BYU ever find out about this?

2. Was anything ever proven?

3. If something was proven, why has UTEP never made a public apology, and given BYU credit for the win?

Sorry, guys, but this sounds more like a bunch of BYU faithful that simply could not fathom the Lord's university losing to lowly UTEP!!!

Does ANYBODY have some evidence or firsthand information that can support this Mormon Folktale?

BTW, my neighbor 7 years ago was visited by 3 Native Americans. She asked why they were all dressed up, and they simply responded, "Get your food storage ready." She turned around and pointed at the empty pantry, and when she looked back, they were GONE!!!
