They were a good team when we beat them. Cincinnati is a pretty good team who had the inexplicable implosion against South Florida as the only black mark on their schedule; they lost to Temple, Houston, and Memphis by a score each. Utah State hadn't lost at home since October of 2013. They were a good team capable of playing very bad football, but they hadn't played badly at home in a long time.
So I would say we beat three good teams. If the USU game had been in Provo, I wouldn't include them, but since it was in Logan, I do.
