other than to say that it would force the university to conform to rules/oversight that was burdensome. The takeaway was, that in his opinion, the BOT would not agree to those - whatever they were - and would not approve a med school because of this. As he had been the dean of the medical school at the U prior to coming to BYU, I have to assume he knew what he was talking about even if he didn't take the time to explain it in detail.
