I am sure he didn't intend to pin her against the bar, but he did and it caused her to feel threatened. She threatened him with her fist at that point and he restrained her arm. Once restrained, she punched him (which did no damage) and he decked her. No prosecutor in the world would charge her for her actions. The qb was only charged with a misdemeanor because of the circumstances. If he would of walked up to her and decked her, he would have been charged with a felony.
