The ribs are fully cooked after the first 5 hours
so I've skipped the 1 before and just broiled the ribs after slathering with bbq sauce. That seemed to work pretty well and saved a decent amount of time.

Reduce the 2 to 1.5 and the 1 to 45 and you should be just fine with baby backs
