I wasnt skeptical in this case as the poster didn't originally ask for donations
She was wanting to sell, what I would assume is a highly valued custom BYU Love sac to get the money for the tickets. I'm sure the family and husband mentioned loved their BYU bean bag.
It was other CBers who suggested she set up a gofundme page and that CBers would donate.
