They start asking for RCA! RCA! RCA! when I'm still trying to figure out what went wrong.
They fail to understand that it's sometimes much easier to restore service than it is to figure out what went wrong in the first place AND they pretend that if they don't harass me during the outage call that I won't research it on my own. It's as if they don't understand that outages are inconveniences to me too. Do they think I like working through the night and on weekends when we have outages? Really?
Trust me, obnoxious guy on the phone, I'd do almost everything in my power to avoid calls with you in the future.
And yes, I say that stuff on the phone routinely.
