I think he improved.
His 25% improvement in Comp % more than offset his 14% drop in yards per completion.
He also saw a 21% increase in his Passer Rating, a 23% increase in his TD% and a 28% decrease in his INT%.
He was MUCH better at throwing this year than last.

TH's comp % last year was 53% and had a 12.8 yds per completion which is good.

His tendency to take off and run only increased. he only threw when wide open

He pocket presence needs improvement. Everything else was MUCH better.
