Corbin receive NBA attention?

Who recruited him for basketball out of high school? David Robinson is the most recent six foot six guy who shot up, but it took him all four years to develop into NBA quality. What makes you think somebody who wasn't highly recruited but grew during his mission will be looked at by the NBA after one year?
