There is no doubt that Utah and Whittingham get the importance of the BYU game and take it seriously. But your suggestion that Bronco and BYU don't take it just as seriously is wrong. Ask anyone who spends time around the BYU program and they will tell you that the Utah game is always circled on BYU's calendar. You remember that Van Noy came back for his senior year for a shot to play in his "super bowl" (his words) against Utah. All that BYU could talk about last year during media day was beating Utah. Bronco even scheduled a bye this year before the Utah game to get an extra week of preparation. I know you are looking for a reason to explain why Utah has won four in a row, but to suggest that the game isn't that big of a deal to Bronco and BYU is not it, IMHO.
