Definitely not a compliment. He wasn't even worthy of All-Indy. I have no idea why he was chosen as such. I'm sure ND's entire OL could have made it but they probably thought it was unfair. In that case, I'm sure one of the other Indy teams has a tackle as good or better than Yeck.
Nothing against the kid. He's just too soft and slow. 6'8 and only 290... and he can't push a fly off of his shoulder. BYU can't afford to have a tackle like that if they want to develop Hill into a good passer. That development requires "practice" in games and he doesn't get as much of it as he deserves.
