For example, my wife and I take a vacation together every year. I know many don't, often because they don't know what to do with the kids, but we'll even pay people to watch our kids because we value those vacations. We also always go on a date every week, even if we have to pay for babysitting. We also like to take the kids to Nauvoo every 5-7 years, and other trips in between, and I have other things I value and like to spend money on.
