Look at his performance in the bowl after 1 career start and 4 week layoff. BYU's timing all the way arpund was off for much of the Bowl game and yet I would argue Lark did a lot to put BYU into a position to win. He led two long scoring drives where is passes were right on the $$$ and it wasn't his fault Hoffman muffed one into a pic at the goal line. Lark looked like a second game starter against the 39th ranked defense in the country that had held a decent and ranked Boise State to 19 points on the road. Lark did well overall. He didn't repeatedly call the stupid running plays to the short side of the field or bubble screens that never worked. That was Doman being Doman. Lark showed he was rusty, but he was also on target more often than not.
