Minus the bibs I didn't loathe them, but I certainly didn't
like them. As ds7 mentioned, tan is/was not a BYU color and had no business on those uniforms.
Really, my biggest beef with the uni's (again, post-bibs) of that vintage is that they just didn't look like BYU when they played in them. You don't build a successful brand and then completely change it's look and appearance arbitrarily (just ask coca-cola).
