I based the at large teams based on final BCS
standings.
Each conference can only have 2 teams in the tourney. Teams are based on rankings only.
Stanfod got the first at-large berth, then Ohio State, Arkansas, Boise State, Missouri
Ohio State. Nevada was the WAC champ and Boise State was ranked higher than a second team from the ACC, MWC, or Big Least, so that's why the WAC got two teams in.
