I heard that the EPA said that they were going to ignore/refuse Utah counties request to have the oxygenated fuel rule removed and that the county was going to have to sue to get it removed.
Which I figure will take anywhere from 3-5 years to get through the legal system.
I also heard that opponents of the Martin's Cove lease are encouraging the EPA to "squat" on the environmental impact study required by the lease so that the lease period expires and won't be allowed.
I hate the EPA sometimes.
