For at least 8 months out of the year there is zero regulation on practices. We just have a club system that is
broken.
The High School season is generally when kids get coached up the most. My son spent 2 1/2 hours a day getting coached up. The problem is the AAU side. Especially for phenoms they are treated like rockstars instead of coached up to get better.
