The USDA doesn’t even give really good info on it. They like to push the 165
Narrative for liability reasons and they basically try to dumb it down for the general population . There is a scientific temperature chart but I can’t remember the name of it. That shows all safe temps for foods. If I’m bored I’ll look it up.
