For the last few years I've been slowly getting the parts for a '62 Chevy II Nova build, but I've been rethinking it.
Original goal was 1,000 hp - 1,200 hp to the rear wheels, using a Dart 427 "LS" block and heads and a Garrett G42 - 1200 turbo running around 23 pounds.

But over time I realized that I no longer have the drive / motivation to be the baddest man on the road. I used to think that way as a teenager thru early 30s. But now I just want a fun daily driver with all the modern conveniences. I'm probably going to go somewhere around 650 hp - 850 hp. It honestly keeps changing.

I'm worried that I won't be able to hook the tires. My brother is running 750 hp in a 555 BBC, all NA in a classic muscle car, but he says it's downright scary when even the 750 hp breaks loose his Mickey Thompson 18.5" wide tires - at any speed. 6fa195ccd7dd6e3ba68a1a3970549984.jpeg
