BYU makes it hard to register for classes once you have 4 1/2 years of credits

Requires talking to a counselor each semester, if you have 4 1/2 years of credits to allow you to register for classes. If you are talking calendar time, BYU may not care that someone is going to classes part-time for many years. BYU takes someone having too many credits serious.
