Its ok to be a more casual fan, but had a blast going to the Atlanta game the other night with my brothers/daughter.

I've been through multiple good/bad cycles since the Jazz came to Utah, and its ok to be on a down cycle- they actually have a lot of solid pieces right now, but are actively prioritizing getting minutes to their younglings, which is always going to end up with more losses.

If they were playing their veterans a lot of minutes, they could easily be an around .500 team in a tough western conference and would be in the playoff hunt in the east.

Kessler is developing nicely and Jason Collins has been very good when healthy, but right now, since the free agents (and even vets with some say who they're traded to) don't want to sign here, they need to get a couple top 20 players in the draft to compete for a championship, so this is the logical time to go do that.
