Curious how people would have reacted if BYU had played an early CFP game
and gotten beaten badly. It feels that the first round of games came and went. The loser teams were quickly discounted and forgotten.
Ending on a win streak feels better than it would have felt going to the conference championship game and losing and/or losing in the first round of the playoffs.
