It is:
- tortious interference with my contractual relationship with the NCAA, Big 12, BYU, and ASU, as formed by my purchase of a ticket
- a violation of the Fifth Amendment (due process)
- a violation of the Eighth Amendment (cruel and unusual punishment)
- a violation of the Ninth Amendment ((non-enumerated rights)
- a violation of Jay Hill's and BYU's right to privacy
- It violated Mabo v. Queensland
- Fraud on every viewer, attendee, and participant
AND, because there were batteries committed on every play, it's subject to aggravated assault upcharges.
