I'd definitely rather have a week of diarrhea than one throw up. 100 days is too
much though.
It's also the discomfort of the nausea and buildup to the throw up. Nothing makes me wish I could stop existing like nausea does.

Just ended a 20+ year streak of not throwing up. Maintained the streak through nothing but grit and sheer determination

That's the problem. I never just throw up once. It's usually 3 or 4 times. With tons of heaving. I'll take the diarrhea.
