I listened to a few minutes - here's the quick rundown.

This was a dual episode with Drake Toll from Locked on big 12. They said the Locked on Utes guy had someone on that alleged BYU was poaching players and lying about NIL money. Both Drake and the BYU guy (Jake?) said it was crazy talk and that everyone in college football is doing the same thing. Anyone can send a message through a high school coach or any random person could send a message to a player promising money if they transfer.

Both basically called it out as Utes crying over losing some players to their rival. The whole title was clickbait with absolutely no information was given except some random Ute fan saying we were cheating.
