I have this relatively cheap dash cam and it works well. I hardwired it to the car to avoid ugly wires. The wiring part
was a major hassle (I went into the fuse box for the connection) but I'm glad I did it. I also skipped the suction mount (too big) and used the small mount that sticks to the windshield with some adhesive.
