Staff if you don’t consult them. I coach JV basketball at the high school I teach and our varsity coach mostly just consults one assistant. The rest of us sit at the end of the bench. It’s dumb and creates an unnecessary rift in the coaching staff. But I’m sure KY has roles and expectation's for his staff during games and outside of games.
