for peace of mind, but extremely unlikely to be any concerning pathology, though I get it that anything that might be related to the heart can be scary when a loved one is involved.
Agree with Valleus. Just make sure she's doing alright - stress relief/sleeping/exercising, etc. Can also do some ibuprofen as sometimes just a viral/inflammatory type reaction. Sometimes your doc will throw some colchicine at you which is our magic anti-inflammatory pill.
If the monitor captured the episodes that's helpful, though again, unlikely to be anything other maybe some PVC/PACS which are benign.
They might get an echo to make everyone happy. I definitely wouldn't go down the stress testing stuff. Dumb test that just leads to bad stuff in her demographic. If they do imaging, they might get a coronary CT again to make everyone happy but vast majority would hold off on that unless symptoms are unrelenting, real concerning or if she keeps showing up in the ER.
Feel free to DM the holter results if there is something confusing but I wouldn't lose sleep over it while your docs work through it. Good luck!
