I think you need to put importance on things you can control and effort is something you can control but sometimes winning is not

I’ve been very frustrated in the past with many BYU players and teams, but never because they lost usually because I felt like they weren’t putting in the effort

I don’t see that currently with any of the players or coaches I see sometimes they have problems with execution, etc., but I rarely see someone giving up on a play or giving up on the team
