You can't tamper with your own athletes

NCAA Bylaw 13.1.1.3 defines tampering as communicating with a student-athlete enrolled at another institution without that school's written permission. In no way does it forbid a school from communicating with its own student-athletes.

I mean I hate Utah and all, but let's not make baseless allegations
