I don't agree. BYU playing well this year and finishing with a Top 12 ranking,
which they did and will, will result in the Cougars starting ranked next year.
Arizona State playing so well today will result in the Sun Devils getting more media respect via the polls to start next season.
BYU wants both of those things.
