He's more of a classic Y receiver. Large bodied, lines up on the right but can be anywhere, sometimes a TE, sometimes an H back in the backfield or a wing, usually not in motion, etc.

And we have several of those guys.

A true TE is in a 3 point stance is kind of an outdated concept.
