I heard on the past game show with Greg, Hans, and Mitchell Juergens that the

extra year is only being granted to current Seniors, which excludes JR. If the lawsuit goes all the way through and they win there's a chance JR get's some eligibility back, but as of right now he's going into his final year of eligibility this fall.
