Put that PTO right back in the bank. If I work during any part of the day, I get paid for the day. So yeah, taking 15 minutes, while I’m in line at Disneyland or laying on a beach or whatever, to send a file or respond to an email is worth getting my 8 hours of PTO back. I also don’t have a company phone, so I’m not obligated to answer if don’t want or if it’s something that can wait.
